Sinefinis Rebolium Brut

Produced from grapes grown in our vineyards across the Italian Collio and Slovenian Brda regions, this wine embodies the refinement of the traditional bottle-fermentation method combined with the varietal freshness of the indigenous Ribolla Gialla grape. Appearance: a delicate straw-yellow hue with a very fine, lively perlage that creates a dense white foam. Nose: delicate citrus notes with a hint of pastry crust; as the wine opens up, a distinct mineral character emerges. Palate: an elegant, creamy texture featuring a return of citrus freshness and a touch of Granny Smith apple. The finish is long and perfectly balanced, with a light, saline mineral note—a hallmark of this terroir.
