Lisini Brunello di Montalcino 2021

The new Brunello di Montalcino from the Lisini estate debuting with the 2021 vintage originates from the winery's highest-altitude plots (520 meters) and is crafted from a selection of magnificent grapes grown in this distinctive area. The vineyard, spanning approximately 1.60 hectares, is nestled within a forest that creates a unique microclimate distinct from the rest of the estate characterized by cooler, drier conditions tempered by sea breezes from the Maremma. Poggio Severo is a magnificent expression of Sangiovese, produced in limited quantities and only during the finest vintages to ensure consistently high quality. It is aged for 36 months in large Slavonian oak barrels, followed by a further 6 to 8 months of bottle aging. Individually numbered bottles.
