Lanson 1760 Champagne Le Black Creation Brut

 This Maison's Champagne Brut Black Label is crafted from premium quality grapes sourced from over 100 different  crus half of which are classified as Grand or Premier Cru. Following the harvest, the Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, and Meunier grapes are vinified separately, marking the start of the first fermentation. A minimum of 36 months of aging on the lees allows the Champagne to develop its distinctive character. It presents an intense straw-yellow color and a fine, creamy perlage. The nose reveals floral and fruity notes particularly green apple and pear alongside hints of toast and brioche. On the palate, it is mineral and fruity, with a distinct creaminess.
