Rhum Rhum Liberation 2020

From the enchanting Caribbean island of Marie-Galante comes a Pure Single Agricole Rhum made from an ancient sugarcane variety Rouge B47.259 that had all but vanished from the Antilles. Distilled between 2011 and 2012, it was aged for an extended period in small casks that previously held sweet white Bordeaux and dry white Burgundy, followed by a finishing period in ex-bourbon barrels.
