Its distinctive packaging evokes the sea and the scales of a mermaid's tail—a design inspired by one of its key botanicals: rock samphire (also known as "mermaid's kiss"). Following a slow distillation process, Mermaid Gin is allowed to rest for seven days to let the botanical flavors and aromas meld harmoniously, before being diluted with Isle of Wight spring water prior to bottling.
