Le Morette Lugana Riserva 2023

 This white wine from Cantina Le Morette is crafted from 100% Turbiana grapes, grown and meticulously selected from the estate's own vineyards, which are planted in soil particularly rich in clay. It is a limited-edition wine, released in numbered bottles a testament to the meticulous work involved. The grapes are hand-harvested during the second ten days of October, and vinification involves processing in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 18°C ​​following a brief period of maceration. Fermentation is driven by indigenous yeasts, accompanied by a long period of aging on the lees lasting 12 months. A portion of the wine is aged in 500-liter oak barrels. It displays a vibrant yellow color and an aromatic profile featuring white flowers and yellow-fleshed fruit, offering a pleasantly harmonious palate.
