Deep ruby ​​red color with slight purple hues. Aromas of cherry and other red berry fruits, with toasted notes and spice adding refinement. Full-bodied palate featuring excellent tannins and a long, fruity finish supported by subtle hints of vanilla. Food pairings: aged cheeses, all types of meat (including richly flavored cuts), and traditional Tuscan cured meats. Maturation: 24 months in Slavonian oak casks, with a small portion aged in French oak barriques.
