Pier Paolo Grasso Barbaresco La Fenice 2021

"La Fenice" Barbaresco DOCG, produced by the Pier Paolo Grasso winery, originates in the hills of Treiso (Cuneo), within the prestigious Langhe area of ​​Piedmont. It is crafted entirely from Nebbiolo grapes grown in west/southwest-facing vineyards on calcareous soils with a clay component. Following the harvest and vinification, the wine is aged in large 5,000-liter oak casks, a process that preserves the elegance of the Nebbiolo without overpowering it with oak flavors.
