Bomberger's Declaration Straight Bourbon 108 Proof 2019

Bomberger's Declaration Distillery Bourbon honors the legacy of the historic distillery known as Bomberger's in the 19th century and later as Michter's in the 20th century. The 2019 release continues the Bomberger's tradition of offering a bold, 108-proof Small Batch Kentucky Straight Bourbon with rich, layered complexity; this character stems from aging a portion of the bourbon in Chinquapin oak (*Quercus muehlenbergii*) that was naturally air-dried and seasoned for three years before being toasted and charred to exacting specifications. All bottles are individually numbered.
