Don Fulano Blanco

Produced from blue agave aged approximately 10 years and distilled in a column still, Don Fulano Blanco Tequila rests for 60 days in stainless steel tanks. It is a fruity tequila, characterized by notes of prune juice, Williams pear, amaretto, and walnut. The aroma of Don Fulano Blanco is pleasant and notably sweet. It is very fruity, with notes of prune and Williams pear juice, almond liqueur (amaretto), and mint; the pepper note is fleeting. On the palate, it is sweet and very pleasant, featuring mint leaf followed by a return of very ripe fruit notes, along with hints of *rancio* and walnut. There is a slight bitterness. The finish lingers with mint and a return of pepper before quickly fading from the palate.
